Property Management

As a residential property manager since 2002 I rent properties in Bellingham, Wa. and Vancouver, BC. My responsibilities include creating watertight leases, finding good, reliable tenants, managing property repairs as required and liaising between tenants and owners. The Dex, a nine-unit apartment building in Bellingham, WA., is one of my varied clients.

Copywriting That Sells

When developers require persuasive, evocative copy for the brochures, websites and marketing collateral that represents their new developments, they come to me. The reason? Good copywriting sells product.

Recent projects include Lotus Living  in Langley, BC, Alfa in Richmond and Oxford Lane in Richmond. I've contributed marketing collateral to Polygon's Tower at UBC, Townline Group's 999 Seymour, Woodbridge Homes' Niche, Lakewood Development's The Heights and One92 and Adera's The Shore. I have a large portfolio of real estate marketing collateral throughout the Lower Mainland and have worked with developers and graphic designers large and small.

Drawing on evocative language and persuasive rhetoric, this collateral helps new homebuyers envision what their lives will be like if they buy a particular residence. My marketing work ranges from positioning lines to storylines, newsletters to brochures and direct marketing letters.

I also work for realtors, ghost-writing their blogs, letters and marketing copy.
